The college bowl season is on us. We’re going out on a limb with these three picks:
- Northwestern, -7.5 vs. Kentucky. Northwestern finished the regular season on a roll. They showed they can win a bowl game in 2016 with a win over Pitt. Like Northwestern to roll by double digits in the Dec. 29 Music City Bowl.
- Wake, -3 vs. Texas A&M. The Demon Deacons have played well all year. Texas A&M hasn’t won a bowl game since 2014. Look for Wake to triumph in the Dec. 29 Belk Bowl.
- Iowa State vs. Boston College, over 45.5. Much as been made of the run-style offense of both teams. We still think the total is too low and like OVER 45.5 in the Dec. 27 Pinstripe Bowl.
